Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work on in-house requirements of design / planning if any, and provide necessary design inputs in required format as may be requested.
• Preparing 2d-3d Designs in AutoCAD/Sketch up, Preparing presentation drawings & working drawing details & plans as and when required.
• Day to day coordination including regular follow-ups with all external consultants including but not limited to architect, structural consultant, MEP consultant, Facade consultant, Landscape consultant etc.
• Maintaining proper coordination between architectural consultant & liaisoning consultant.
• Coordinate with planning team to ensure drawing delivery from all consultants is in line with project schedule requirements, and be able to highlight bottlenecks well in advance.
• Coordinate with external vendors as per project requirement and ensure respective technical details / drawings / specifications are received as required for internal reviews /consultant review.
• Maintain proper communication with various site execution teams like civil, MEP, interior finishing etc. to ensure site execution is smooth and in line with design requirements / approval requirements & internal quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Architect
• 3+ years of experience in real estate industry
• Proficiency in the relevant tools like AutoCAD, Google Sketchup & Photoshop
• Should show leadership and be qualified in interior designing, well versed with co-ordination, technical drawings and concept design.
• Must have a good command over English language with interpersonal and multitasking skills.

• Ensure compliance with applicable rules pertaining to safety & health. Interact with site engineers for increasing awareness for safety at sites. Improvise and suggest new methods for safety practices.
• Identify probable causes of accidents and take preventive measures.
• Instill safety awareness in workers and compel them to use safety equipments. Conduct training programs & demonstration at sites.
• Attend pre contract meetings with vendors along with contract department for review of safety policies & procedures. Brief the team for required safety measures and ensure that it has been incorporated in the safety document.
• Prepare safety budget for sites along with site heads and obtain approvals from management.
• Implement best practices in safety. Obtain information from the industry on practices followed. Keep updated on current government policies & requirements. Ensure systems & SOPs are developed for maintaining safety practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidate will be responsible for managing on going Villa project at Alibaug.
• Implement construction schedule, work plan, and monitor day to day progress. Prepare progress updates.
• Co-ordination with stakeholders for timely deliveries of services and materials at site.
• Identification of needs arising during the project executions & escalation of issues for timely actions.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to improve productivity at site.
• Preparation of work procedures, site execution plans, job distributions, monitoring quality and safety, ensuring compliance to drawings.
• Study of drawing in advance for smooth execution, ensuring availability of all required resources for the same and integrating this into execution plan in time.
• Raising any special requirement and getting the same incorporated well in time for smooth execution.
• Co-ordinate with vendor partners for man, materials, and machine to meet the construction schedule & project timeline.
• Ensure implementation of work SOPs, Quality, Safety rules & standards at site.
• Manage contract workers deployment at site and ensure safe work procedure.
• Documentation of job, drawings, prepare progress reports and MIS.
• Managing contract resources and internal team for daily site progress.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate with construction management / project execution experience for Villas or similar structure will be preferred
• Candidate from Alibag or near by localities will be preferred
• Candidate with 8-10 years of similar experience
• Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and finishing in villa and hospitality projects and be able to coordinate with project teams of different disciplines to achieve the best result.
